Works by Yann Novak, Robert Crouch, Heather Cassills and i8u’s 29 Palms
\nreleased on DER will be part of the exhibit +\u00a0 many more artists!<\/p>\n

Chain Letter is a group exhibition based on admiration.\u00a0 Initially
\nconceived by Christian Cummings and Doug Harvey in 2006, inclusion in the
\nexhibition is based on invitation by someone who admires one’s work.\u00a0 Each
\nartist invited, then invites ten other artists whom they admire, and so
\non.\u00a0 This email invite will circulate for thirty days, at the end of which
\neach artist will install their own work on the floor at Shoshana Wayne
\nGallery.<\/p>\n

This exhibition is rooted in the ideals of inclusion, and highlights the
\nsocial nature of the art world.\u00a0 It is the hope of the curators that the
\nresponse will be vast and that the artists represented will be an
\nexponential representation of all artists that are currently working and
\nadmired by their peers.<\/p>\n

Chain Letter mimics communication today; and the way in which information
\nis passed.\u00a0 The outcome will be a testament to the power of connectivity
\nwithin society at present.<\/p>\n

Other cities worldwide will be participating in the Chain Letter
\nexhibition including New York City, London, Paris, Johannesburg,
\nPhiladelphia, Boston, Seoul.<\/p>\n
